Shipping policy

We know that once you've decided to invest in your recovery, you want it in your hands quickly. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, or holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Shipping Time

We currently ship all over Australia. Estimated delivery times once your order has shipped are:

Destination Estimated Delivery
Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide) 3–6 business days
Regional areas 5–10 business days
Remote areas 7–14 business days

 

Please note these are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or customs processing.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, please reach out to us at [support email] and we'll look into it for you.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout, which covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If you experience an issue with a protected order, contact torquefit.com with your order number for a fast resolution.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at torquefit.com — we can usually make changes before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Torque Fit is not liable for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address provided but are lost or stolen after delivery, unless Shipping Protection was purchased. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local courier facility before contacting us.

Customs and International Orders

[If you ship internationally: Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Torque Fit is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.]
