Refund & Return Policy

 

At Torque Fit, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we ship. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we've made the process of returning it as straightforward as possible.

30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Torque Fit products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the conditions below are met.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is in its original condition, with no signs of misuse or damage not related to a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is returned with its original packaging, accessories, and charging cable where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Items returned outside of these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or may not qualify for a refund, at our discretion.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at torquefit.com  with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in your return authorization.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at torquefit.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable, in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Torque Fit is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Replacement attachments or contact pads that have been used
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us at torquefit.com as soon as possible. We can typically cancel orders that have not yet entered fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, as well as repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
